As of November 17, 2022, this project has recently started construction. Concrete is underway and the PEMB was delivered last week with erection scheduled for the December/January time-frame. Rebidding for select trades is ongoing. Project consists of a new performing arts building with a raised foundation configuration. Work includes stage, auditorium seating, costume room, dressing rooms, band room, practice rooms and loading dock. Future work will include parking areas. 1.
