Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the following: Uptown Circle ADA Improvements. This project consists of furnishing all work necessary for the completion of sidewalk ramp removal and replacement, including handrails, in the Uptown Circle Central Plaza and sidewalk removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, at 124 W. North Street in the Town of Normal, Illinois. The proposed improvements consist of the following approximate quantities: 678 SF Sidewalk Removal; 1 L. Sum Handrail Removal; 1 L. Sum Pipe Handrail; 295 SF PCC Sidewalk, 4" (Special); 383 SF PCC Sidewalk, 4"; 49 LF Combination Curb & Gutter Removal; 49 LF Comb. Conc. Curb & Gutter Type B-6.18; 10 SF Detectable Warning; 1 L. Sum Sodding; and all other work required to complete the project according to the plans and specifications. This is a prevailing wage project. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
