Northern Roof Replacement Work to be performed at the following buildings: Northern; 9026 Woodward, Detroit, MI 48202. Various building throughout the District to be determined and priced at a later date. Supplier shall provide necessary labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision for roofing work at Northern and various building throughout the District. Written Questions Due: May 19, 2022 On or before 12 p.m. The anticipated total Cost of Work for this initial project phase is approximately $500,000. It is highly suggested that all bidders attend the two walk -through in order to fully understand the scope and the extent of the repairs. Work to be performed at the following buildings: o Northern; 9026 Woodward, Detroit, MI 48202 o Various building throughout the District to be determined and priced at a later date.
