Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Wayne, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Bidders Qualification Statement is not required with Bid Form submission. However, upon request of the Architect, Owner or Construction Manager, Bidders for Work Packages to whom award of Contract is under consideration shall submit a Contractors Qualification Statement to the Architect. 1. Qualification Statement shall be prepared and submitted on AIA Form A305 - Contractors Qualification Statement, following this document. Qualification Statement shall be truthfully completed in full with supporting attachments applicable to Bidder. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Refer to Document 00 4330 - Bid Security Form for additional information. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any or all bids. The Owner and Architect reserve the right to accept minor deviations in the bid documents or materials if they deem it is in the best interest of the project. The Owner may hold open the bids for up to 45 days and may reject any and all bids if it is in their best interest. Bids may be dropped off or mailed. No bid will be accepted more than 24 hours prior to bid time, excluding weekends or holidays. Any bid dropped off after closing time of 10:00 a.m. or prior to 24 hours before bid time shall be rejected in its entirety. Copies of the general conditions, plans, specifications, and other bidding documents are on file and available in the Construction Managers Office or Architects office and are open for public inspection. A Cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder with bids exceeding $ 50,000.00. Mid America Technology Center, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The time period within which a contract will be executed following award to the successful bidder is forty-five (45) days. Bid Documents for Stipulated Sum Separate Prime Contracts for Specified Work Packages may be obtained from the Office of the Construction Manager. Contact the Office of the Construction Manager to reserve Bidding Documents. B. Refundable deposit sum of $200.00 per set is due to the Construction Managers Office prior to obtaining Bidding Documents. C. Submit Deposit in the form of cash or check written on the Bidders business account made payable to the Construction Manager. Service charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned from bank. D. Bidders are responsible for arranging pick-up of Bidding Documents with the Construction Manager. E. Return of Bidding Documents and Deposit: Deposits will be forfeited by Bidders who do not submit a bona fide Bid or do not return the Bidding Documents in good condition within 5 calendar days from the date they are received or no later than 7 days before Bid Date. 3. Return Bidding Documents to Construction Managers Office postage paid. Construction Manager will not accept delivery of Contract Documents returned C.O.D, freight collect or other similar methods. 4. Replacement costs of $3.00 per sheet for Drawings and $0.25 per page for Specifications and Addenda will be deducted from the Bidders deposit for missing or damaged Contract Documents.
