To be considered, the tender must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline set for the receipt of tenders. The tender must be accompanied by a certified check or an irrevocable letter of guarantee payable to Ville de Lachute corresponding to at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, including taxes, to as a bid and performance bond.
