Renovation of a municipal facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All bid rejected by owner Base bid work includes but is not limited to: the removal of the folding partition wall and all of its components, removal of the closet that the wall is stored in, removal of existing lighting and removal of casework and walls as indicated on the drawings. New work includes painting, equipment as indicated on the drawings and new lighting, new A/V system components and owner provided contractor installed monitors. Add alternate work includes but is not limited to removal of kitchenette casework and replacement with new casework, removal and replacement with new of the carpet in its entirety, removal and replacement with new of the ceiling panels throughout the space The Project is located at the Water Treatment Plant, 80 Stevens Atkins Drive, Iowa City, Iowa 52240. Liquidated Damages of $240/day after Final Completion.
