Without being limited thereto, the work includes summarily the pulverization of the existing paving, the amendment, the shaping of the pulverized material, the paving over approximately 2.6 km, the reloading of the shoulders, the marking, the replacement of two (2) culverts (1200mm in diameter and PBA 2500 x 1500mm), as well as all other related works including various repair works and others necessary for the complete execution of the planned works. Only contractors who have requested the plans, specifications and tender documents on their behalf, whose principal place of business is located in Quebec, Ontario or New Brunswick, and who hold a license under the Law on the professional qualification of building contractors.
