Question Acceptance Deadline 06/01/2022 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Aurora Water is planning to construct an augmentation structure along that can divert water from the Brantner Ditch through a short pipeline to the Brighton Ditch. The purpose of this augmentation structure is to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the final decree in Water Court case number 14CW3177. The project work includes construction of diversion structures, installation of gates and flow measuring flumes, conveyance pipes and box culverts, access bridges and necessary site improvement work. All necessary permits including USACE JD determination and required land acquisition work have been completed.
