Special attention should given to sound isolation of the room where equipment room is adjacent to tenant or public space. No staging area. Due to building usage utilities disruptions shall be notified 15 calendar days in advance or proposed utility interruptions. Rescheduling of utility interruptions/shutdowns may be necessary if they coincide with other activities in the building.
