Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pendleton, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of 6/24/2022, this bid is hereby cancelled with no award as all received responses were higher than the expected price range, therefore, will now require a formal SC State Project number and rebid through the Office of the State Engineer. The purpose of this invitation for bids is to establish a contract with a qualified Mechanical HVAC Contractor for the purchase and installation (labor, equipment, and materials) of 3 HVAC Roof Top Units at Wilson Hall on our Pendleton Campus. Construction Cost Range: $50,000-$100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
