Award: Carrier Corporation for $144,253.65 Tri-County Technical College is seeking bids to acquire HVAC Filter Replacement Services for all Tri-County Technical College locations. Day classes are Monday through Friday; evening classes are Monday through Thursday. Continuing Education classes are also offered on Saturday mornings. The purpose of this invitation for bids is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for HVAC filter replacement services as listed herein for Tri-County Technical College (TCTC). Offerors must be properly licensed as needed in the State of South Carolina to perform the scope of Work described herein. Description of Facilities: 1. Pendleton Campus- 7900 US 76 - Pendleton, South Carolina The facilities at the main Pendleton Campus include the following educational/student facilities and physical plant that encompass approx. 453,432 square feet of space. Anderson Campus- 511 Michelin Boulevard - Anderson, South Carolina (1) 42,000 sq. ft. two level classroom/laboratory building 3. Anderson QuickJobs Center - 512 Michelin Boulevard - Anderson, South Carolina (1) 5,847 sq. ft. facility 4. Easley Campus - 1774 Powdersville Road - Easley, South Carolina (1) 40,418 sq. ft. two level classroom/laboratory building 5.
