Engineer's Estimate: $600,000.00 This renovation is projected to be in construction from May to August, 2023. Scope of work consists of: Removal and replacement of sidewalks and plaza at the Graphic Arts and Nursing buildings, including: Surveying, staking, demolition, removal and replacement of existing site features, grading, site preparation, underground utility relocation as necessary, and installing concrete paving, hand rails, curbs, retaining walls, path lighting, and erosion control measures.
