Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for the construction of a road / highway.
The work, in general, consists of constructing a new three-leg, single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Byron Road and West Grant Line Road. Improvements include, but are not limited to, roadway excavation and paving, drainage improvements, median islands, truck apron and central island, and lighting. Please review the guidance for bidders completing the Good Faith Effort and ensure that every item, including the B-12b-1...12b-5, B-12c-1...12c-2, and B-12d (if required) are completed. Incomplete items may result in being deemed Non-Responsive. o ALL Bidders are required to submit DBE documentation. o Bidders are encouraged to use more than one method to contact subcontractors. o Subcontractor bids with changes by Bidder must include confirmation of changes by both parties. o DBE documents, both Commitments and Good Faith Efforts, can be submitted electronically with your bid, prior to the solicitation deadline. Hard-copy DBE documents, not submitted with bid, must be received in our office prior to 4 p.m. on the 5 th calendar day after the bid opening. o DO NOT STAPLE your DBE submissions. Rubber bands or binder clips are appreciated.
