The Township of Rideau Lakes is seeking a qualified proponent to provide all labour, materials, products, and equipment necessary to develop the "Delta Waterfront Park" as proposed in the attached tender documents and outlined in the "Scope of Work" under Section 3.0. Proposed in 2022 under PW2022-17: Completion of the remaining work to develop the park includes, but is not limited to: - the purchase and installation of all lighting; - procurement of materials and finishing of all walkways/pathways; - completion of the accessible wheel chair ramp; - procurement installation of railings where noted; - any final grading/top seeding as directed in the tender document. Individuals or firms interested in submitting a proposal should register as a Bidder with the Municipality to ensure they receive any addenda which may be issued.
