Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lombardy, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work is the first phase in a multi-phase development of a new recreational park area on the northern portion of the property at 441 Highway 15, Lombardy, Ontario, at the Ronald E. Holman Municipal Complex (REHMC). The proposed exterior recreational park area consists of an asphalt walking trail, pickle ball court, a large pump track and a junior pump track, and various other accessory structures (playground, boardwalk, viewing area etc) This RFP is requesting proposals for the rough grading of this overall development plan, including: general grading of the site to the desired pooling area, the creation of the storm water grass swales, the rough-in and granular bases for the pathways, the trenching for laying the electrical conduits and rough-ins for all exterior lighting fixtures.
