Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lombardy, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Rehabilitation of a single span exposed concrete deck bridge with concrete I-girders on the border of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry and United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, on Hansville Road (Site ID: 49-002) approximately 3.8km west of County Road #1. Work generally includes, but is not limited to: implementation of traffic control measures including detour route signing, full depth removal of existing concrete deck and barrier system, full depth removal of expansion joint, ballast walls and end diaphragms, partial depth repairs to girder ends and abutment walls, construct a new semi-integral concrete deck, deck curb, and barrier system, waterproof and paving of bridge deck, remove existing approach asphalt, grade, and install approach curb, gutter, and embankment spillways, with new approach asphalt, and upgrade approach guide rails and end treatment terminations, as per current provincial design standards.
