Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in River Falls, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the Work described in the bid form and specifications. The limits of each road segment are marked on the roads. Contractor shall bid each road segment as a lump sum. Bids received based on unit prices other than lump sum as indicated on the bid form will be rejected. Project completion date shall be October 1, 2022. Proof of insurance and a 100% performance bond are required before any work begins. Questions regarding the bids may be directed to Chairman LeRoy Peterson at (715) 760-1256. Bids will be accepted based on budgeted monies. The Town Board of the Town of Clifton has the right to accept or reject any or all bids with respect to irregularities or technicalities, or to reject all bids outright and further, to award the contract to the contractor, who, in the judgement of the Town Board, will best serve the interests of the Town of Clifton.
