Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Castor, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

Work shall include the installation of three bridge size culverts over a Tributary to Nelson Creek, located approximately 13 km north of Coronation (SE 25-37-11-4). The Contractor shall install new triple 2.2 m dia. CSP culverts by 25 m invert length as per the drawings and section 18 of the Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. The culverts will be located on square to the local road, centered at Station 5+550. The scope of work for these projects includes, but is not limited to, the following: Traffic accommodation Site isolation and water accommodation Fish capture and release Total suspended solids (TSS) testing Demolition and disposal of bridge structures Excavation including supply and placement of geotextile filter fabric Supply and assembly of culvert materials Backfill including backfill material testing Heavy rock riprap erosion protection including geotextile filter fabric Roadway work Permanent environmental protection devices Documents can be obtained from https://buildworkscanada.com Award is subject to final approval.
