Site work and paving for a civil project in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The envelope or body of the email shall plainly identify (1) the Project name, (2) the Bidder name, and (3) the Bidders contractor's license number. To ensure your bid is accepted in its entirety, please combine all documents into a single pdf file attached to your email. Bidders shall be responsible for calling the City office at 541-574-3366 before the proposal deadline to confirm the bid was received. Scanned documents attached to the email shall include the Bid Form (P-400) and all forms identified in Article 6.01 of the bid Form. A scanned copy of the fully executed bid bond is acceptable for bid submission. The project includes the following work: All work related to the installation and construction of conduit, pull boxes and transformer bases for the undergrounding of electric, telecommunication, and cable television utilities along US Hwy 101 (Pacific Coast Highway) between SE Ferry Slip Road and SE 40th Street. All work related to the installation of conduit, pull boxes, and concrete light pole bases associated with the installation of streetlights along SE 32nd Street between US Hwy 101 (Pacific Coast Highway) and SE Ferry Slip Road, and along SE Ferry Slip Road between SE 32nd Street and SE Marine Science Drive (OSU Drive). Conduit installation will include the installation of pull rope, but conductors, coaxial cable, telecommunication wire, fiberoptic cable, and light poles shall be by others. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated issuing Office.
