The City of Texas City is requesting bids for exterior wall repairs/restoration and roof repairs at Carver Park Community Center located at 6615 Park Avenue in Texas City, Texas and at Sanders Vincent Community Center located at 504 4th Avenue North in Texas City, Texas. All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the City of Texas City, Texas, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 % of the total contract price.
