The City of Texas City Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) is seeking a licensed contractor for mowing maintenance services for TCEDC properties and hereby requests a written proposal from qualified contractors to perform mowing maintenance on approximately Seventy-six (76) TCEDC properties. The mowing includes, mowing, edging of curbs and roadways, raking of leaves and removal of grass clippings forty (40) times per year at locations throughout the City. The TCEDC does not intend to exclude any vendor from participating in the bid process; however, the TCEDC reserves the right to accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Corporation. Please direct all inquiries regarding bid requirements or document submittal requirements shall be directed to Kelly A. Bender, Purchasing Coordinator at kbender@texascitytx. gov Requests for additional information and any questions regarding the Scope of Work shall be directed to Jon Branson at jbranson@texascithytx.gov. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the City Hall Conference Room. No taxes are to be included in the bid as the City of Texas City is exempt from the payment thereof.
