The work to be done under the contract documents shall consist of the construction of a 1MG Composite Elevated Water Tank at Lago Mar. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all material necessary to complete this project in accordance with the contract documents. The deadline to ask questions is 4/16/2021 5:00 PM The construction covered by the contract documents shall commence within ten (10) days after written Notice to Proceed shall have been given by Professional and be completed within 425 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Failure of the CONTRACTOR to complete the work within the contract time, including any extensions granted shall entitle the OWNER to deduct from the money due to the CONTRACTOR an amount equal to $400.00 for each calendar day of delay in completion of the work, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages and added expense for supervision. a. Construction of a 1,000,000 Gallon Composite Elevated Storage Tank, including concrete foundation, pedestal, tank, controls, 2-way altitude control valve and piping, tank mixing system, overflow, splash box, paint, logo, and all additional accessories. b. Approximately 620 LF of 18" storm sewer installation, including connection to existing storm sewer, inlets. c. Approximately 650 SY of concrete pavement for driveway and sidewalks, including subgrade, paving headers and site grading. d. Approximately 450 LF of 16-inch ductile iron pipe water line, including connections, valves, a fire hydrant. e. Site fencing, including chain link fencing, concrete panel decorative fencing, and a 20' automated site rolling gate.
