Site work for a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction Management for the following: .1 The North Plaza of the Edmonton Government Centre contains three distinct water features all built in the 1970's; a reflecting pool, an ornamental dome fountain, and four small connected terrace pools. .2 The ornamental dome fountain, reflecting pool, their associated infrastructure, and perimeter aggregate concrete decking have reached the end of their lifecycle and need to be repaired/upgraded. .3 The terrace wading pools have also reached the end of their lifecycle and need to be removed. The area will be redesigned to include an alternative feature. .4 Work packages for the scope of work shown below, please note this is not a complete list, and the CM will be required to verify in consultation with the Alberta Infrastructure and design team: (Please see RFP for details). Estimated Value: $17,500,000 to $18,000,000 Bid values are undisclosed.
