Project Number 2022-005502 The intent of this RFP is to award Master Service Agreements ("MSA Contracts" and each an "MSA Contract") to Proponents capable of providing the Work found in Schedule "A" (Scope of Work). Each MSA Contract will have an initial term of two (2) years with the option to extend for two (2) terms of two (2) years each, at EPCOR's sole discretion. Complete temporary dewatering system to lower and maintain the water level for the open-cut, tunneling work, and bypass activities. EPCOR will rank all qualified Proponents from highest to lowest score. Proponents will be ranked and awarded MSAs and they will form the "Call-Out List". Upon RFP evaluation, in the event Proponents cannot provide both Dewatering and Bypass Work, EPCOR may create two call-out lists: (1) Dewatering Work (2) Bypass Work. The Construction Association has been advised by the tendering authority that a Planholders list will not be maintained or available for this project. The Construction Association may list Planholders that have indicated their interest in this project but cannot provide any assurance that the list is complete and takes no responsibility for the accuracy of such lists.
