Renovation of an educational facility in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,525-square-foot educational facility.
The project includes removal and replacement of the existing metal roof. Substantial completion is 120 days from project start date. Final Completion is 150 days from project start date. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Murray State University, Procurement Services, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
