Pre-Bid Question & Substitution Closing Date May 25, 2022 - 05:00 PM - Submit in writing to diana@chahtaarchitecture.com A five percent (5%) Bid Bond, fully completed Bid Form, Non-Collusive Affidavit, Business RelationshipAffidavit, Payroll Affidavit, Non-Segregation Certification, Contract-Grant Certification and Tobacco & Drug Free Workplace Certification shall be submitted with the bid. If selected to enter into a contract, the Contractor will be required to provide a 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Defect Bond as well as insurance coverage as described herein. Refer to Section 00 24 00 - Requirements for Insurance & bonds regarding additional requirements. Because the project is federally funded, the Contractor is required to comply with all provisions of the Davis - Bacon Act. Wage rate information for the project location is contained within this Project Manual. The Contractor is required to comply with related reporting requirements.
