To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by: A tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the tendered price, before applicable taxes, according to the methods prescribed in the tender documents.
A letter of commitment representing the value of fifty percent (50%) of the tendered price, as well as a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services of fifty percent (50%), in in both cases, the amount is before applicable taxes and according to the terms and conditions prescribed in the tender documents.
To be considered, the company must comply with the restrictions and conditions provided for in the tender documents, including the following: The Company must not be registered in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts;
The Business must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Québec. Also, the contractor must submit, before the start of the work, a list of its subcontractors including, in particular, the number and date of issue of their tax certificate.
The company must provide its certificate of compliance issued by the Commission for Standards, Equity and Occupational Health and Safety (CNESST).
