For the following materials: 2" Concrete Risers (16); 3" Concrete Risers (6); 4" Concrete Risers (5); 5" Concrete Risers (4); 6" Concrete Riser (1); 8" Concrete Riser (1) 4' Type C Concrete Inlets (Top Only) w/ 8.5" Curb Reveal (10) 4' Steel Bicycle Safety Grates (36) Clarification Deadline: 8/5/2022 4:30 PM Bids will be considered for award by the Plainfield Township Board of Supervisors at approximately 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors, to be held at the Municipal Building, 6292 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064. Proposals must be submitted via the PennBid system and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of fifty-percent (50%) of the Bid will be required upon awarding of the Contract. Quantities are approximate and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Township. Suppliers shall comply with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Publication 408, latest edition. Suppliers shall furnish proof of compliance of the same to the Township. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals.
