The County of Livingston invites sealed bids for Livingston County Exterior Window Cleaning at the following locations: Geneseo Complex (Court Street) - Geneseo, New York Millennium Drive Complex - Geneseo, New York Hampton Corners Complex (Route 63) - Groveland, New York Mt. Morris Complex (Murray Hill Drive) - Mt. Morris, New York EMS Facility (Lake Road) - Avon, New York Questions regarding the Bidding Documents are to be emailed to Bill Cavalier at wcavalier@co.livingston.ny.us or faxed to his attention at (585) 243-7158 no later than 12:00 PM Wednesday May 24, 2022. Only written Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted. The questions received and all answers will be sent to all in receipt of the Bidding Documents no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2022. If necessary, an Addendum to the Bidding Documents will be issued. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owner's sales tax exemption, the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and the prevailing wage rates to be paid under the Contract. In addition, the Bidding Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders. Each Bidder shall include a bid bond security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid subject to the conditions herein. Certified or bank checks will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a fully executed Non-Collusion Certification and Appendix "D" Certification "Iranian Energy Sector Divestment" pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law Section 103-g in order to be considered.
