THE CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESSIBLE DROP OFF AND ACCESSIBLE CONCRETE SITE RAMPS. Prevailing wage and Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements. Trades include, but are not limited to; Demo – building & site, Covered walkway install, Expansion Joint, Misc. Metals, Plumbing, HVAC – wet side, Electrical, Concrete – site & structural, Rebar, Earthwork, Grading, Paving, Striping, Roofing & Sheet metal, Rough Carpentry, Plaster patch, and Site Utility – for canopy down spout drains. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (“DVBE”) participation is encouraged.
