Renovation of an educational facility in Orinda, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
BID SCOPE: Includes but not limited to the Removal of old roofing and flashings; install new flashings, roof insulation and roofing; Las Lomas High School includes Buildings 200, 400, 700, Small Gym, Large Gym and Boys Locker Room. Miramonte High School includes Wings 100, 200 and 300 LICENSE: C39 The Acalanes Union High School District reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality. All work of these projects must be performed by properly licensed contractors and subcontractors with active licenses in good standing as of the date of receipt of bids. Licenses must be issued by the Contractor's State License Board of California and must be maintained in good standing throughout the term of the contract.
