The City of Roswell is seeking qualified consultants for the City's Architectural Engineering needs (MEP, roofing, recreation and park facilities, landscape architecture, historic home preservation and maintenance, commercial and structural) for Municipal facility (buildings, public spaces, offices, bathrooms, elevators, recreation and parks facilities, historic homes) improvements, repairs, alterations, and complex remodeling. Consultants may be called upon by any City department to support work within the consultant's disciplines, but will likely concentrate in supporting the Building Operations Division, Fire Departments and the City's Recreation, Parks, and Historic and Cultural Affairs Department. The City of Roswell reserves the right to award multiple contracts for multiple disciplines. Task Orders issued under the contract may be issued on a Lump Sum, Unit Rate, or Time and Materials basis, depending on the individual project. The City of Roswell utilizes the RFQ process for qualifications based selection.
