The City of Roswell is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment to provide janitorial services at various locations in the City of Roswell. The work includes, but is not limited to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning as well as more thorough periodic cleaning of windows, floors, and carpets. The Contractor must provide all personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, services, supervision, and management necessary to provide janitorial services and related miscellaneous services for eight locations in compliance with the specifications and tasks provided in the scope of work and other matters pertaining to this contract. This project will include a two step submission process. The first step requires contractors to respond to the questions in the Qualifications questionnaire. The responses to the Qualifications questionnaire will be due on the close date. Once the responses to the Qualifications questionnaire have been evaluated, the project will be re-opened to the vendors that have successfully completed the qualifications process. Those vendors will be notified and permitted to participate in the second step of the process which includes receiving an invitation to the Offerors Conference/Site Visit and then submitting a proposal for the project. This is the deadline to submit questions after the Offeror's Conference/Site Visit has been held.
