The purpose of these specifications is to describe requirements for clearing of the Historic Louisville Road Viaduct and Surrounding Area. The scope of work includes: 1. Removing the trees, weeds, and vines from the viaduct and its surrounding banks. 2. Cutting as close to masonry as possible and treating to kill the growth. 3. Properly disposing of trees, weeds, and vines from the viaduct. 4. Ferns growing from the masonry and stumps will be removed as part of the restoration and repointing project.The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
