2205-Natchez Public Works-Demolition of Adjudicated Properties-2022 CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT GENERAL REQUIREMENTS for 2205-Natchez PublicWorks-Demolition of Adjudicated Properties-2022 project inthe City of Natchez, Mississippi.The project number and nameshall be clearly written on theoutside of the bid envelope inthe lower left hand corner alongwith the Contractor's Certificateof Responsibility Number. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Themain items of work consist ofdemolition of buildings or structures, Site will be cleaned andgraded with grass seed and haycoverings to prevent erosion.Proper City approved disposalof demolition debris and landfilltickets from an approved sitewill be required. Improper disposal of demolition debris shallnot be accepted. Any bid accompanied by lettersqualifying in any manner, thecondition under which the bidsare tendered, will be consideredan irregular bid and such bidswill not be considered in makingthe award. All bids submittedmust comply with MississippiCode Ann. 1972, Section 31- 3-21 and 31-7.13 et seq., asamended. The award, if made, will bemade to the lowest and bestbidder. The City reserves theright to waive informalities andto reject any and all bids.
