Cap w/ 2" Tap, 40 LF 2" SDR-9 CTS Pipe, 1 EA Tie-Into existing 2" Waterline, includes 2" SDR-9 pipe, 2"x2"x2" Pack Joint Tee, two (2) Hymax Fittings, 1 EA 2" Cut and Cap Including Concrete Thrust Block, 1 EA Fire Hydrant Assembly Complete, 2 EA 2" Post Flushing Hydrant Assembly Complete, 1 LS Relocation of Existing Meter Service at Carnegie Pump Station Including All Service Tubing, Boring Under Highway, and Tying Back Into Carnegie Service Line, 100 LF WVDOH Type "B" Trench Repair, 15 LF Concrete Sidewalk Repair, 1000 LF Reclamation of Disturbed Areas.
