Renovation of a mixed-use development in Napa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; municipal facility; parking garage; and residential development.
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH-Napa with turnkey roof replacements for multiple residential and garage buildings, up to eighteen (18) buildings. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be June 25, 2022, through June 24, 2023. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS) if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed.
