This Contract will be a regional contract that includes counties within District D-8/Florida's Turnpike. The Contractor shall perform Sign Repair and Replacement Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. 1. No Pre-bid Conference. 2. Award is contingent upon legislative budget approval and availability of funds. 3. Awarded Contractor must execute documents within 10 days. 4.
