Reference Number : 1599955 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 Description of the mandate The Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS) of the Laurentians wishes to conclude an agreement concerning snow removal and the spreading of abrasive for all the establishments registered in this estimate. The addresses and specifications are detailed in Appendix 1. The CISSS des Laurentides wishes to award one contract per lot identified in this estimate. Barring exceptions, the agreements will be for an initial period of three (3) years, from the awarding of the contract until May 30, 2025, with two possible extensions for a period of one (1) year each. Exceptions: Lot 16 will join the deferred agreement, starting September 1 , 2024 For lot 16, the CRJDA of Sainte-Thérèse will be added during the third year of the contract. This is a building currently under construction which plans to be delivered during the third winter of the contract. The tenderer must provide for this addition. See plan in Appendix 2 All of the services requested must include snow removal from parking spaces as well as various accesses to buildings (manual snow removal included), the spreading of abrasives and the cleaning of parking lots and land bordering parking lots after each winter, according to the compliance conditions set out in this estimate.
