Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mirabel, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 215,000-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Airport infrastructure improvements to increase air cargo and logistics capacity at the site. The scope of the project includes the following work: Rehabilitation and development of the main apron to make it a cargo logistics apron and to increase the D-code aircraft parking capacity from 6 to 13. Construction of 20,000 m2 of warehouses with a loading dock dedicated to air cargo and logistics activities and 300 parking spaces for workers' vehicles. Roadway development in the Henri-Fabre Street area to optimize the link with the new buildings to be constructed north of the main apron. Renovation of the exterior envelope of a building located on Henry-Giffard Street (Cargo E). The demolition of buildings located on the cargo apron on Irénée-Vachon Street and on the main apron (former fuelling stations (cluster)). TIMELINE: Consultation with the public is underway for the construction of a parking lot for the customers of Les investissements Nolinor Inc., located at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. Project development timelines will be established according to the owner's internal scheduling. Further update in winter, 2022/2023.
