The tender documents are available on the website of the Online Electronic Tendering System ( www.seao.ca ). The City of Mirabel is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the SEAO and it is the responsibility of tenderers to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their tender. Only bids presented on the bid documents will be accepted. For any complaint to be made in the context of this call for tenders, please send your complaint electronically to the designated person, i.e. the clerk at tendersplaintes@ville.mirabel.qc.ca no later than May 16, 2022 on the specified form. by the Public Procurement Authority available on the City's website. The City of Mirabel does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received. Moreover, it reserves the right to accept a submission in whole or in part.
