** As of June 14, 2022, the City of Troutdale is still reviewing the bids and no intent to award has been issued at this time. ** The work on the SW 7th St. and SW Kings Byway Water Main project consists of on-site work, as follows: - Installation of approximately 1218 ft of 12-inch Water line - Abandonment of the existing 6-inch water main - Replacement of service lines, meter boxes, and meters - Reconnection to existing mains at intersections - Reconnection of two existing fire hydrants - Installation of 3 new fire hydrants - One 12" X 12" hot tap, one 10" X 10" hot tap, one 6" X 6" hot tap, and one 6" temporary line stop. - Installation of a new storm drain manhole - Installation of one new sanitary sewer lateral. - Installing of an air/vacuum valve assembly - Asphalt, sidewalk, curb, and landscape restoration On-site work is to be substantially complete within three months from the notice to proceed. PREVAILING WAGE: This is a contract for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
