Site work for a water / sewer project in Troutdale, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
GOVERNMENT CAMP SANITARY DISTRICT 2022 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION Work to be completed under this contract includes (1) UV-Cured CIPP lining of approximately 850 LF of 8 and 10-inch diameter concrete sewer pipe which includes: pre-video assessment of mainline and 5 laterals (up to 25 ft from the main); installation of 2-ft lateral tee liners at 4 laterals; and lining of laterals up to 12-ft from the main pending the results of the lateral assessment episode, (2) lining of 5 manholes, (3) miscellaneous repairs of 3 manholes, and (4) open cut repair of a sag in 8-inch concrete pipe. This is a public work contract subject to ORS 279C. 800 to 279C.870, prevailing wage rates. Firwood Design Group is maintaining the plan holders list. Any addenda issued will be provided only to firms or plan centers on the plan holders list. A Pre-bid meeting is not planned, bidders may view the project sites without an appointment. Any product substitutions will not be reviewed or approved prior to the bid opening.
