Work is more particularly described as 680 feet of storm sewer, 9 drainage structures, 540 feet of underdrain and slope restoration. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable to the St. Clair County Road Commission or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities in any bid and make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the County.
