The County of Placer is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Building Plan Check and Field Inspection Services for Building Permits for review of residential and commercial construction drawings and related documents will be requested by the Community Development Resource Agency (CDRA) Building Service Division as needed. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The County intends to name approximately five Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
