Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for monthly maintenance and repairs as needed for traffic signal systems, flashing beacons and lighted crosswalks for the Placer County Department of Public Works. The City of Auburn may choose to use this contract; therefore, the city's traffic signal lights are included in this bid. Bids will be compared on the basis of the sum of the extended prices of the monthly maintenance and on-call hourly rates. The successful bidder must be able to service all equipment and locations specified in this bid. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis for an approximate one-year term with possible annual renewals. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or hours of services to be procured during the term of the resulting agreement. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
