The County of Placer is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Civil Engineering firms (appropriate professional registration required) to provide engineering design services for various public works projects. Work may include design of roadways, bridges, traffic signals, traffic studies, project planning studies, drainage facilities, erosion control and stormwater treatment facilities, bikeway improvements or design of other public works facilities associated with the existing County Road system. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The County intends to name approximately six Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
