The County of Placer is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from geotechnical engineering firms (appropriate professional registration required) to provide Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services for various capital improvement projects and public and private land development projects within the County. Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services will be required in all areas of Placer County, from South Placer County to the Tahoe region. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The County intends to name approximately six Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
