Any and all questions should be submitted to the architect no later than noon, 3 days before bidding by email at dan@bartarch.net. Questions submitted to the Architect after that date will not be answered. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable or Cashier's Check to the Owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required using AIA A312. Type of Bid: Lump Sum price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. If awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract with the School District, as outlined in the specifications and instructions to the bidders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
