The Little Rock School District invites your proposal for Replacement of Security Cameras Approximately 30 cameras per location; 31 locations (list included in attachment section of bid request) New installations (New Construction), upgrading of elementary schools CCTV to IP cameras, migration of existing IP cameras to Wisenet VMS Sealed paper responses to this request can also be submitted to the Procurement Department by mail or in person. The sealed envelope must contain an original and electronic copy on USB flashdrive of all requested documents and must be labeled with proposal number, title, contract name, license and time of bid. Proposals will be taken under advisement upon closing and successful proposers will be notified as soon as an evaluation is completed. The District will negotiate, as appropriate, with the apparent acceptable proposers The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities or technicality in any proposal should such be deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The proposed costs, fee or expense, will weigh heavily in the award of any resulting contract but will not necessarily be the determining factor. The District intends to review all proposals. The District intends to award a single contract for all products/services. The District will utilize but not be limited to the following criteria in reviewing proposals received. The District reserves the right to reject any or all offers and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or proposal responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Awards will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the most responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in this Request for Proposal.
